Position Summary As a core member of our consulting team, you’ll develop impactful solutions for our clients driving data and analytics strategy and roadmaps, implement new reporting and analytics platforms, and develop data management and advanced analytics solutions. You’ll do this while gaining exposure to a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing & distribution, financial services, retail, hospitality, and education. As a senior consultant, you’ll work directly with our clients to make an immediate impact in a small team environment. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to: Work closely with our clients as a trusted advisor to evaluate requirements and develop data and analytics solutions Work with your project team to develop, manage, and execute against project plans Independently manage assigned project deliverables to ensure client’s business objectives are delivered with high quality and on schedule Effectively communicate status updates, project findings, and recommendations Analyze both qualitative and quantitative information in order to produce insights for our clients Identify process improvement opportunities and drive recommendations for enhancements Prepare compelling presentations to inform and influence client stakeholders, including executives Extract and evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, resolve data conflicts, and customize communication of key data findings to diverse audiences Design and develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data extracts Design and develop data integration (ETL) mappings, procedures, and schedules Coordinate activities with data source application owners to ensure integration and data integrity Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using Big Data technologies Participate as an active member of a small team focused on client satisfaction and outstanding deliverables on projects ranging from 3-6 months – we like to change it up for you regularly! Position Qualifications Your qualifications will include the following: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related subject Work Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on experience across the data and analytics landscape, with at least 3 years of project work in professional services or consulting experience preferred 1-2 years of Business Analysis experience across multiple functional business areas is required Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated success collaborating with teams to achieve stakeholder expectations Client-centric mentality: reliable, professional, exceeds expectations Track record for independently learning new technologies quickly, and passion for personal professional development Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to determine and resolve root issues Strong written, and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to regional client sites Technology Mastery Strong technical experience in two or more of the following tools: Informatica, SQL Server, Microsoft BI, Tableau, SAP BI, SAP BW, SAP HANA, Hadoop, NoSQL, R, Python, and Cassandra Knowledge of standard concepts, best practices, and procedures within a data and analytics environment Here are some of the awesome perks you can expect: Competitive pay: We offer competitive pay with performance-based incentives and tons of opportunity to grow your career Comprehensive benefits: We provide a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to meet the changing needs of our employees and their families.
